Hmmmmmm…There are several variables to consider- First and foremost the geographical area your home is in will dictate the resale value of your home. If you put a tin roof on in an area where there is virtually none around this could actually hurt the value of your home. Tin roofs can be extremely more expensive than dimensional roofs. Just like a swimming pool, it is nice to have but does not raise the value of a property and in some cases will actually hurt the value of your property. The exception of course to my opinion is if all the houses around you have metal roofs conformity would be the obvious choice. Partner with your local realtor to gain there input before this decision to make sure can recoup your investment. Good luck!
