Chatting Sound Coming From Inside Refrigerator

RenoPro Moe, the freezer works fine but the fridge doesn’t get cold. For the last two weeks I heard a chatting sound coming from the top left side inside the refrigerator. Is it the thermostat switch or what? I cleaned the back and vacuumed out the coils. What is wrong?

In many units, there is a small fan that feeds cold air from the freezer to the fridge. It may have become frozen due to ice build up. By removing the back panel inside the fridge (not freezer) the plastic fan will be exposed and can be cleaned of ice build up. If this happens often, try adjusting the moisture control to the summer setting (if the unit has one). Otherwise, there may be other problems, like a stuck defrost timer (not defrosting often enough).
