Should I replace my crown molding during my bath remodel?

I am replacing discolored drywall board and ceramic tile around my existing tub, with new cement board and ceramic tile. There is wood crown molding around the ceiling including over the tub. Should I remove all the molding, or just cut it off before the tub and extend the tile to the ceiling?

Crown molding always gives a great finished look, so if the molding is in good condition, keep it in place and tile up to the molding.
